It was an absolute pleasure to deliver Mental Toughness Training in Kilkea Castle on 9th March 2019.
During this One Day Training, attendees learned how to develop 12 Inner Resilience Skills, be able to “roll with the punches” and adapt to adversity without lasting difficulties. They were guided on how to create a positive mindset and gain more confidence.
Mental toughness is about how effectively individuals deal with stress, pressure and challenge. It describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do and is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience and grit.
Emotional resilience refers to one’s ability to adapt to stressful situations or crises.
Training is designed to:
– Help you transform your life,
– Find more confidence in yourself,
– Increase your ability to cope with stress,
– Expand your capacity to problem-solve,
– Improve your relationships,
– Evolve your social skills,
– Become more realistic and pragmatic about life and yourself,
– Become wiser and more compassionate towards yourself and others.
The Training ended gently with Guided Meditation.
I had the pleasure of attending Dominika's event in stunning Kilkea Castle recently. It was an intimate group, with lots of interaction and brainstorming. Most powerful of all was the content of the workshop, based on Dominika's experiences and insights, as well as her coaching training. My only regret is that the day seemed to pass in minutes!
