If you can’t go out, go within

I know how difficult it might be to get your work done from home. With a humming washing machine in the background, preparing meals for your family and trying to prepare for the next Zoom call, it might be difficult to attain a state of mindfulness.

Self-care and positive habits are being discusses more often as we were forced to slow down.

I feel like our relationships are being tested right now. How do you communicate with your family, your partner, your kids? How do you look after your own wellbeing?

Even though we are physically separated, we are having deep conversations with other people, we are opening up about our challenges and trying to find ways to support each other. We’re becoming more grateful for what we have. We’re investing more time in personal development.

A few months ago, I’ve designed three self-coaching workbooks to help you on your personal mastery journey and they’ve never been more popular.

If you are looking for direction in life, possibly considering a new education path or a new career, I would encourage you to start with “Align With Your Purpose Coaching Workbook”.

If you run your own business, a side hustle or a blog, choose “Entrepreneur Coaching Workbook”. Otherwise the classic version of my toolkit “Coaching Workbook” will help you find direction in your personal life

I agree with Carl Jung when it comes to challenges in life.

“Be grateful for your difficulties and challenges, for they hold blessings. In fact… Man needs difficulties; they are necessary for personal growth, individuation and self-actualisation.”

In this challenging time, focus on things you can control, be kind to yourself and others and limit your time on social media. Reconnect with yourself by going within.
